The Alliance Reroll Project 2010 is a few mates, who fancy a semi-fresh start before cataclysm. Whether it be, we are bored with our current mains, or we just fancy a change and to have a laugh with new people on the road to level 80.
Our Goals
Our Plans for the future, is to be a casual raiding guild, however, we will also be doing things for fun, such as achievements in the old content, having a laugh with PVP etc. We will raid in WOTLK, as there is still a while before the next expansion, however, our main priority is to be ready for the Expansion and what its brings.
What do we mean by "Casual"
With the term "Casual" we do not mean, that were are only going to play 1hour per week, we mean that we are not a hardcore guild who raids 7 days a week, the plan is to raid at least twice a week.
The Levelling Phase
This is where, were all going to get to know each other, have a laugh, do the lowbie instances and BG's and generally have a fun time levelling with each other. It also strengthens team building and morale which is an important factor in keep 1) a guild together and most importanly 2) Keeping the project from falling apart.
Activity
We want this to be a successful fun guild and to go from strength to strength, however, I am not going to force anyone to play 24/7 or to level as fast as you can, if you can only play for a few hours a day, then thats fine, but do not take the mickey with this, as we will still be a raiding guild.
What do we want from you?
From you, we want committed like minded individuals who are interested in a fresh start, with new people, and to make friends, to have a laugh whilst levelling, then to do things together at the level Cap.
Age does not matter, all we ask is that you can be mature.
What do we not want from you?
We do not want, egotistical elitist jerks, who are all about mix-maxing and putting people down if they don't do what you do, we don't want whining people, who whine about every little thing at 80, we all whine, but there is a limit to what we will accept. We do no want immature childish behaviour 24/7, were all up for having a laugh, but there's a time and a place for it and a few of us are Adults also, so this is a factor to consider.
What we can do for you?
We can give you a strong dedicated leadership, who will not quit at a moments notice and leave everyone else up shit creek, we have skilled players, who will be able to lead raids and to be able to help people if they need it. Friendly like minded people who like to have a laugh and meet new people.
