Ok this will be up for Discussion, but this is the rules and information to set in place.

- Once We start raiding, you need to have a 50% raid attendance, if you wish to keep your spot as a raider, you will not be gkicked, but you will forfiet a raid spot.

- Were here for the long haul, so if you are considering quitting, or that your only going to play for a couple of months, then please do not apply. We wish this to be a successful guild and we wish it to last, so we need to know that your going to be around for as long as possible.

- Raiding is the guilds main focus, however, we are also playing for fun, so if you have suggestions on what to do, please inform us.

- Take pride in being on trial for us, we wish to know that you are here for the guild no matter what.

- Take pride in the character you choose to play, if you are stuck or are unsure of something ask someone in the guild, as we will always try to help you.

- We do not wish to have drama queens in the guild, if your the kind of person who throws hissy fits over loot, raidspots and over issues, then please do not apply.

- You need to able to take a bit of banter, joking and also criticism, you need to be able to understand when someone knows stuff better then you do and to learn from it, not to go in a mood or get pissed off.

The sort of things we admire and encourage from ourselves and to you guys too are:
- You need to have Respect for other guild members, in return they will respect you.
- There's nothing more horrid then logging on, saying hello and getting no reply, so please Greet fellow Guild-mates when you come online or when someone else comes alone
- Participate in Guild-chat, the more we talk, the more we get to know each other and the better the guild will Gel.
- If you have time to spare then help out guild members if they need it.

Actions that we frown upon and discourage:
- Continual help request from low level alts - we are not here to boost your characters alt, we do not mind doing it occassionally.
- Spamming Guild-chat with profanity and nonsense
- Ninja-looting
- Ninja-pulling
- Saying things about other guild mates behind there backs, you have problems take it to the GM or an officer.
- Telling other players how they should play their class in a patronizing way, we are all friends here
* Immature behaviour when its not appropriate

Guild Rules

1.) In bearing the Guild Name over your head you are representing the guild and should act in a respectful manner to players outside of the guild as not to bring the guild into disrepute.

2.)Anyone found to be tarnishing the reputation of the guild, or using banned addons/cheats/programs etc will be removed from the guild.

3.) Free speech is welcome in guild chat but spamming, continual profanity and general idiocy will be frowned upon.

4.) This is to be a drama free guild, if you have a problem with the guild, a member or anything to do with the guild, then bring this to an officer or myself, do not broadcast in publicly as this will bring the guild morale down.

5.) We want people to gel and act like a community, this may involved helping each other out, having a laugh with each other etc. We are here to be a team and there is no I in team.

6.) We will appreciate any and all donations that you make towards the guild, the guild bank or any member of the guild, as reponse, we will devise mechanics that favour people who make regular donations for the guild, whether it be gold, materials or items, any help is good help and you will be rewarded for it.

7.) We are going to be an adult guild and vent talk and guild chat will sometimes be of that nature, if you are easily offended then this guild may not be for you.

8.) You need to have the ability to understand and type/speak basic English, we are an english guild and thus we hope that you will respect this, and in return we will respect your natural mother language.

9.) We do not Condone Racism or Xenophobia on any level, anyone found being racist or discriminative will receive a verbal warning, repeat offenders, will be kicked.

Proposed Raid Rules - Subject to Change

1.) We expect players to be ready for a raid, 15 minutes beforehand, if you are outside the instance to help summon then great.

A.) If you are late without a good reason, you will forfiet your spot for that raid, unless there is noone to replace you.

B.) For Progression Raids which are the hard encounters, you will require the correct consumables, the guild will try to provide fish feasts, however bring your own food just incase, Flasks are mandatory for Progression Bosses, once a boss is farm-able you can resort to you using cheaper consumables such as elixirs.

C.) You need to be on the Voice Communication program we chose to use, whilst we are raiding, you do not have to have a mic, but it would be nice if you did have one.

D.) The only Mandatory Addons for Raiding will be - Deadly Bossmods, Recount/Omen or SKADA Meters.

2.) Looting type will be a guild discussion - this will be subject to discussion and change

2a.) Raiders will have a priority over Members, and Members have a priority over Trialists.

2b.) Decisions about Loot is final unless its special circumstances

2c.) DO NOT mention loot on the Voice Comms, if you think somthing has been missed whisper the Loot Master, do no start rageing publicly

3.) The raid leaders word is final

3a.) There must be silence when the raid leader is explaining tactics, DO NOT offer tactics to the raid leader over voice comms, if you have something to add whisper them, if you have an alternate strategy wait till after the raid and make a forum post, just because your tactic worked in your last guild, dosen't mean it will work here.

3b.) Please keep chat to a minimum during the fight and communication clear and consise.

3c.) Cock ups are a part of raiding, try and keep morale high at all times.

4.) At the moment we will be raiding at least twice a week, this is subject to change.

A.) In raids, we will continue for as long as people can still raid, if that is what the majority wishes to do.

Any recommendations or changes, then please suggest them
